Good evening, Angelo. I want to tell you how very happy we are with our new bathtub system from Boston Bath Systems. Ours was a very challenging job, as the previous liner was compromised (there was a lot of water underneath it), and it was quite poorly installed. When the original tub and wall liners were removed, it was quite evident that it was either very poorly installed by some "professional", or was (most likely) a "homeowner special", in that the original owner must have installed a good deal of it himself, and very badly at that! There was significant water damage and mold to the wallboard, original tiles and walls simply fell apart, and several two by fours were rotted out and moldy. The tub was absolutely black from some sort of crazy adhesive that was used to stick the old liner down. The window was also very badly and unprofessionally encased, so that water was able to seep into the walls around it. Steve and Bob removed all of the mess that was behind the original walls and installed new two by fours and wall board and made the whole thing much more solid and "air tight" than before. They put up a brand new ceiling liner, and sealed the whole system up quite nicely. They also installed a beautiful brand new window kit that really sets off the window, yet is sealed tight and leakproof. The whole system looks fantastic, the whole bathroom looks the better because of it!

Overall, we had a very good experience with Boston Bath Systems. Angelo's presentation of the product was very clear and detailed, and there were several options for us to choose from as far as color and style of liner. Angelo gave great suggestions as far as the color that would go best in our bathroom, and he was not wrong! The color looks great, and blends in perfectly with our current decor. All of our questions were answered completely during the initial visit, so there wasn't any question in our minds that the product was superior to anything we'd seen before, and that Boston Bath Systems would give us the best value for our money. Although the tub liner was delayed at the factory due to poor weather, we were kept in the loop the entire time and were told exactly when all of the parts to our new tub system would be in and installed. Because of the terrible condition of the walls behind the original liner, the work did take a couple extra days to complete, but through it all Steve and Bob were professional, courteous, and completed the job in as timely a manner as possible, given the complexity of the job. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, too, which was a huge plus! We would highly recommend your company to anyone looking to have their bathtub renovated. We had a great experience, the cost was quite comparable to other companies we spoke with, and the product itself is far better than anything else we looked at. Boston Bath came into my home in March 2011 to present the various products and services they perform. The sale person Angelo, who is also the owner took the time to go over all of my options and provide insight as to the best colors and designs. I did not pressured by his manners and demeanor as he spoke, and became very comfortable Listening to his knowledge and expertise. I decided to go forward and have my small shower stall done over, the technicians were on time courteous and professional and above all were very clean (big plus for me). I had some plumbing done as well, and made the transition from my old fiberglass shower to a beautiful acrylic shower. What a big difference in my bath, I highly recommend Boston Bath for bath remodeling, and will be having them come back to replace my other Bath.

Recently, I had Boston Bath come to my home and look to see what could be done for my bath. Although nothing had been done in there for many years, it had reached the point where tiles were loose and mold and water had ravaged my tub and tiles. The sales person told me that they would pull out the old walls and tub and redo my Bath area for me, by installing a new acrylic tub and Simustone walls (Sahara Travertine). I was very surprised and satisfied by the product and how well they performed these tasks, I never thought it would turn out like the pictures (on the web site), but now that it’s done, I’m going to replace my toilet, sink and flooring. I’m so excited that the time was very minimal and the outcome is great! Thanks again for a wonderful job and I will be telling all my friends and family about your service.

Boston Bath came and installed a shower system in my home in Hyannis. They did what they said, and did it with minimal intrusion! These guys are truly pros and I would gladly recommend them to anyone who’s interested in a Bathtub to shower conversion. Not only has my bath been transformed from something outdated and dingy, to an elegant showpiece, but now it’s fully functional. I am very happy that Boston Bath designed a bench that was installed at the right height for me to get in and out of my new Shower.

                                                                                     

I had Custom Coat and Glaze & Boston Bath Systems come to my home in October to install a Bath System as well as to resurface the Bathroom wall tile.  They did an excellent job!  The gentleman, that came to my home (one of the owners), to introduce me to the company and their product, was very personable and knowledgeable, but most importantly he answered my questions as I asked them.  He made the entire process very easy to understand.  The choice of colors style and accessories were plentiful and affordable.  They were able to schedule the appointment and do the work within a reasonable amount of time.  The men who came to my home to do the work were all gentlemen.  They were hardworking and very neat and respectful to my home and me.  They answered any and all questions that I had and I could understand what they were saying; if something was confusing, they had no problem explaining so that I could understand. I especially liked the fact that they did both Bath Systems and tile resurfacing so I only had to deal with one company to get so much work done at one time. They also employ a professional plumber, which was reassuring to know that the work would be done at such a professional level.  Now my bathroom is beautiful!  I highly recommend Boston Bath & Custom Coat and Glaze.  They are very family oriented and go out of their way to please the customer – you don’t see that very often.
